This is an ideal set to give kids an introduction to woodworking and even basic household repairs. This is no cheap throwaway toy; the tools are of solid quality and the tool belt and bag are also extremely well-designed and are heavy duty to withstand a lot of use. All tools were wrapped in bubble wrap so they wouldn’t get banged up, and are well-sized for smaller hands. This item would be perfect to keep on hand as an essential household toolkit, too!

Let me start off by saying that my search for a quality tool set for a child has been ongoing for 6 years. Any option I had found prior to this one was either plastic, poor quality, or too large/adult-sized for little hands. I ordered this product as a possible Christmas gift for my daughter, but when it arrived I had to dig in to see if I had purchased another cheap product that will just collect dust or if I had found the Holy Grail. I am here to say this tool set is everything I have been searching for, for YEARS! Adult tools with adult craftsmanship and adult quality, but made for small hands. Tool bag: Real (adult) construction quality, but isn't too bulky for a child to carry around. Opens wide for little kids to be able to see all of the contents inside. Interior and exterior pockets for extra tools to be placed in as the set grows with them. Overall a solid piece of equipment that professionals would use. Tool belt: same quality as the tool bag. Durable, yet easily malleable for kids to adjust properly. The waist belt actually goes small enough to fit my petite girl's waist (and could even go smaller!). The belt and buckle are of good quality and large so kids won't be able to break it within a few uses like most products. First tool belt I have been able to find that wasn't for plastic toys or far too large for her. The tool belt is able to hold all of the tools that come in the set and leaves a room for a few more they can grow to use. My daughter also loves the fact that it can hold a hammer like dad's tool belt. Tools: each tool is exactly the right fit for a child's hand and has a soft, rubbery comfortable grip that helps them get the right angle and leverage for the projects they could help out with. I would guess that as young as 2 could have an easy time with handling these tools. My daughter is 7 and will be able to use these tools for years, so the tools will last a long range of of time. The screwdrivers have a magnetic tip like adult ones so keeping a screw on the end will be much easier for those learning how to work and help out. The safety glasses come with a protective case that is very durable so she won't have scratches lining her glasses every time she uses them and puts them back in her tool bag. The level and tape measure are both perfect sizes for kids to be able to help out mom and dad. Overall a great product that I will be telling all of my friends with children about. Quality product. Will last for years. Great color choice for boys or girls. Would buy it again in an instant.

A few years back I was looking for a small tool set for some family members so they could do projects with their father and I came across this one which was one of the only ones that had tools sized to fit kids hands. Looking at the price I was a bit dissuaded but went with them anyway, and I am SO glad I did. The quality of the tools is amazing, easy for kiddos to learn to use correctly and also easy for teens or adults to use. (AKA your hands do not out grow them) These kits are not just for kids to use when they are small, they can be used up to young teen and then be kept in their car as a small tool kit for emergencies, which makes them worth their price. Kits like this actually encourage kids to learn how to safely and properly use tools as well as get them excited to help on projects parents may be doing around the house. I went a step further and got their names put on the bag and belt so the kids can keep their kits separate and they loved it! As each kid in the family becomes old enough to start learning simple tools this will always be my go-to place.

Absolutely loved this orange tool bag set. Got it for my son, who wanted to help us a lot. We embroidered his name on the bag and belt, andhe loves it. Kid friendly, cute, easy for him to put on himself, comes with a bunch of accessories that fit his hand well, and such a good value for the price.
