Awesome taste and helps you sleep!
I would drink these any time of the day if they didn’t make me sleepy. But, that’s what I got them for. They really do help, and I’m an insomniac. I wish they weren’t so expensive, but they do work, and they taste amazing.

This drink truly works! Helps to drink about an hour before bed. It taste great, helps me to rest . I will definitely keep buying.

Meh it's okay , but will put you to sleep
I do really like the concept but the flavor is just a little off. It's carbonated as well which idk how I feel about that. It does put you to sleep pretty quick and it is nice to sit down to a drink at night instead of taking a pill but they are pretty expensive about 2.50 a piece.

I like neurominds sleep and bliss Drinks better than this it wasn’t too effective. Although the taste was pretty good.

Tru dream cherry berry
Pros: decent flavor, seltzer are very weak flavored carbonated drinks. There’s no ahhhhh after the sip. So while the flavor is decent, it’s very very weak. Your literally waiting for some sort of aftertaste.CONS: I didn’t find this drink helped me at all in terms of nighttime and sleeping. The flavor was just okay just not something I’d go to sleep without rinsing out or brushing teeth. I only got to drink one can because my 4pk arrived damaged. I’ve added pictures for those curious because the damage appears to be with the can quality and not with shipping. The product appears to have leaked from the lid on 3 of the cans. I didn’t really want to try the drink seeing how it looked hardened on the outside, but I wanted to give a proper review. I wouldn’t order again due to no change in sleeping and the quality of the cans/product. The box itself looked pretty beat up and dirty.

It seemed to work last night, but the true test will be when I have trouble falling asleep. If it works then I will subscribe for the rest of my life.
