This is junk, it’s nothing more than cheap decorators caulk mixed with sand. As many reviewers have noted, the packaging is a total fail - putting jollop this stiff in a standard caulking tube is a mistake and a disaster. After half of it is used, the tube basically gives up and you end up having to cut the tube open with a knife and dig the stuff out. And the colour? See my photos, this is supposed to be sand but is basically pale pink. If you’re looking at spending nine quid this product, here’s what you should do – donate £6 to your favourite charity, then spend the rest on proper mortar.Edit - after 6 days this junk has still not hardened. I will now have to dig it out and replace with something else.

This stuff worked to fill the holes but it was a right clart trying to get it out of the tube. Ended up taking the nozzle off and using it straight out of the tube. Even then it took all my strength to make it leave the tube ( yes I'm a woman but I'm not feeble) Next time I'll just get a small bucket of the stuff or try mixing some from powder.

This is so hard to get out of the tube I ended up cutting the end off and digging it out with a large bladed screw driver.Does not stick to anything, just drops off. Tried to put a brick back that had come away from the top of the wall, but it just would not spread across the brick already there. So had to use my hands to spread it out and then had to also spread it on the brick and get it down quickly, before it fell off if the returning brick.I would only say, that it did a good job in filling in a hole in the floor with the left over amount.I will not be buying it again.

On the face of it this looked the ideal product for filling a tapered crack in my sandstone wall. This is a garden wall used to make a raised bed so there is no load.However although I am not weak I found it impossible to get the cement out of the tube, I tried a number of guns including a ratchet one that magnified the force applied, it may be OK with an air driven gun but I do not have one.In the end I cut open the tube and used a mini trowel to apply it, I doubt whether I got it in the crack as far as I intended but after some time I managed to get it looking presentable and it blends in nicely with the wall.I don't think it was old stock as once out of the tube the texture seemed correct, and yes I did cut the nozzle back far enough so the flow was not restricted.

Easy to use, I use a strong metal gun,a plastic one might not be strong enough.The cement is really easy to apply,sets quite quickly,I leave it overnight and then it's ready to sand down if necessary but it is easy to smooth down while still pliable. as it is cement it has a sandy texture .Not runny though but not too dry.I have used it before and needed another cartridge for patching some cracks in a concrete floor prior to a new carpet being laid so bought the same as I was pleased with it the first time . Arrived the day after ordering the afternoon before ,jiffy bag packaging.
