It works as described, great value for the money, and doesn't give me 'medicine head'!
I have a problem with seasonal allergies here in Ohio. I also have a health problem requiring me to wear oxygen at all times. So, a stuffy nose and wearing oxygen 24/7 can be quite the pronundrum (this however is a real situation). These little red pills, just one, is enough to help dry up my nose so my lungs, heart, and body are happy with the amount of oxygen being delivered throughout my body and I don't have a purple hue about me ( nor blue ). ha! I have purchased these pills consistently over the years for my allergies with no untoward effects and pleased with my purchases of them. I recommend them to anyone considering them that are adults and have read the box and not allergic to ingredients. Be responsible when taking over the counter medications, just like you would prescription meds.

great product
I recently started using GoodSense Maximum Strength Nasal Decongestant PE and it has been a lifesaver during cold and allergy season. As someone who suffers from chronic sinus congestion, I've tried a lot of different decongestants and this one is by far the most effective. One of the things I love most about this nasal decongestant is the fast-acting formula. Within minutes of taking it, I can feel the congestion starting to clear and my sinuses opening up. It's a noticeable and welcome relief, especially when I'm feeling congested and miserable.Overall, I highly recommend GoodSense Maximum Strength Nasal Decongestant PE to anyone who suffers from sinus congestion. It's an effective and convenient way to find relief when you need it most.

Effective - Expiration date is too soon
Effective medication but disappointed at the expiration date. I bought it in March 2022 and it expires in October 2022. That’s not a long time for 72 pills. Whenever I buy a product I expect at least one year minimum. I bought this for my mother since it’s the only thing that provides her relief. I personally avoid these types of drugs (decongestants) due to my sensitive body. I get side effects easily. I’m glad it’s inexpensive so thank you for that. Since it’s not actually expired I won’t request for a refund. I will overlook it.Another thing I wanted to point out is the inaccurate image of the actual pill size. It’s bigger than the box’s photo. Not a big deal since the pill is still small and easy to swallow. I just wonder why it isn’t accurate. Change manufacturer? It makes a person feel uneasy or untrusting sometimes. The pills look identical to up&up’s generic Sudafed (from Target) but Target has correct image on the box. Anyway, just an observation.

Great medicine at a great price
I purchased the GoodSense brand of Phenylephrine because it was so affordable. I've used this brand before and the quality always seems just as good as the primary brand, but the price is SO much lower. I'm always looking for a good product at a great price and this fit the bill.I get sinus headaches pretty regularly and when I do, the first thing I think to reach for is sinus medication. The GoodSense brand works as well as the big name brand - Sudafed, and my headache usually resides with just one pill. I do try to prevent sinus headaches with saline rinses, saline nasal gel, sometimes a little saline and HO2 if I'm getting an infection. But despite that I still get sinus headaches - I've been told by ENT's it's just the nature of where we live, and I have allergies and they seem to bring them on. If I ignore them, they usually turn into migraine or cluster headaches, so I have to do what I can to get rid of them. This nasal decongestant works for me about 95% of the time. The only downside is that it seems to dry me out a bit, but I'll take more dryness over the pressure and pain. I just carry water with me where ever I go - which is also great for keeping sinus problems away. All in all I couldn't beat the quality and price. Highly recommended.
