Does this have a temperature monitor and will it turn the AC on and off to achieve that temperature? Thanks

If you want it to work like a heating thermostat it will not unfortunately. It is simply a device that takes over from the remote control so you can use from your phone anywhere anytime. Which is great for me, I live in a mobile home and I can operate AC from work so it's ready when I get home. Another great thing with it is you can set timers, for different temperature settings and to turn on and off, I set timers all through the night to regulate the temperature in the van, because although you set at 20 say it can get cold in the night and need a blast of 21 or need turning down, depending on outside temperature. It is good, but like I say it will not monitor your temperature and adjust itself, I wish it did and if you find something please let me know 😃

I don't have Amazon Alexa, Apple HomeKit, Google Home, SmartThings, or IFTTT, Just an iPhone 14 pro. Wil I still be able to setup?

Yes, you can set it up and control it via sensibo app

How many air conditioners can this control?

As it outputs infra red signals rather like a remote control it can only activate one unit and must have view of that unit so it can see the sensibo’s transmission. I have two, one to control upstairs and the other to control downstairs and have to say they work very well with my Mitsubishi units

Are you able to hard wire this into a power supply or is it usb only?

I think it’s usb only as I don’t see any other terminals,
