When I got this queen mattress topper, I immediately let it fluff up on the bed for 24 hours. Unfortunately, I had to go to work and leave my bigger doggo in my room so the electrician could get into the living room. I got home after work to see that my doggo had torn apart the bottom half of it, chewing it to shreds. I hadn't even gotten to test it.I emailed the customer service thorugh the email that was on their homepage and asked if the warranty would cover a replacement instead of me having to purchase a whole new one. Heather, a customer service rep., got back to me promptly. At first, I didn't think they could, but after sending them the information they needed, they made the exception. Below is the email they sent me in response:"I have spoken with our team and we have decided that this is very unfortunate for you! Although this isn't covered under the warranty that is made when you placed your order, we are huge dog lovers! We are going to have you a new one shipped out at no cost to you. Please allow us a couple of days to get this processed. We understand that mistakes happen and we are quite sure your dog had fun tearing it up!"They then sent me an email with the tracking number shortly after and I should receive a new topper in a few days.I was very pleased with the service and, from the part of the original topper I could sleep on, pleased with the comfort quality. I only had a little bit not chewed, but it is enough to get me through until the new one comes. It is very soft and bounces back quickly. It made the mattress (which felt like a rock) feel 10 times better.I'd recommend getting this topper!

I have been sleeping on bad mattresses for YEARS, and my back has really taken a beating. I finally decided to buy a mattress topper, and so I did extensive research online to try to find the best one. I came upon this topper and, as usual, I was reluctant to trust the reviews (because an average 5-star rating sounded fishy to me). However, I just went for it, and it was one of the best decisions. I absolutely love my topper. It is so soft and comfortable, but still has enough support. My back is starting to hurt less and less. Also, the customer service with this company is outstanding! They sent me a "what to expect with your topper" email, and then after I received it they sent a follow-up email to make sure everything was going good and that I didn't have any problems. We've been using this mattress topper for over two weeks now and we couldn't be happier with it. We were just looking for something that would make our mattress just a bit more comfortable and didn't expect to receive extra benefits. Not only is it a joy to sleep on (to use a cliché it truly is like sleeping on a cloud) but my husband and I are sleeping mostly pain free. He had been dealing with pain from a shoulder injury and I had tmj and neck pain. All of this has greatly improved with this mattress topper. They say it helps to realign the spine and from our experience it seems to do so. I also used to have trouble with mild insomnia and this has disappeared. I'm sleeping through the night. I highly recommend this wonderful topper and plan on buying another for our guest room so our guests can enjoy it as well!

We bought this topper for our extra firm mattress in our travel trailer. What a difference! We went from sleeping on what felt like a board to a nice cushiony surface. It is a memory foam topper and there are no weird smells either. Highly recommend!!!

My wife and I have a top-line foam based mattress and our 17yo and 6yo daughters were jealous of our newer "more comfortable bed". This was the least expensive option I could find for a topper so we bought a queen and a twin for their beds. They don't require extra deep linen and have remained consistent in shape and compliance for many months now. The girls love them. I've slept on them as well and there was no notable heat retention and it is a huge improvement over their mattresses alone.ONE COMPLAINT --- the toppers simply don't stay put! They slide to one side or one end so it requires very frequent (every 2 or 3 days) wrestling to get them back in position. Ironic as they grip the mattress and don't want to move at all when trying to re-position them LOL!

I was having hip pains and back pains; I attributed this to old age. After one night of putting this on top of my firm mattress the pains disappeared. Those people that say this is to soft dont know what they are talking about. I put it on top of my firm mattress and it was just right. I used to put my arm between my head and my bed and after about 15 minutes would have to move because the pain in my arm was terrible. Not any more!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

So far I've enjoyed this foam topper. It added just the right amount of softness to my bed and has made sleeping a little more comfortable. The only slight complaint is that I've learned after the fact that these types of toppers can retain heat, and I prefer a cooler sleeping setting. Other than that, so far it's been great. There was no smell when I opened the package, it also immediately came up to two inches, though I did let it sit for over 4 hours just in case. For the price, I'm happy with my purchase.
