Ich nutze diese Ringe jetzt seit einigen Wochen und finde sie ideal für verschiedene Klimmzugvarianten. Wichtig zu wissen: Es handelt sich NICHT um klassische Gymnastik- oder Turnringe. Diese Ringe werden direkt an einem stabilen Haken oder einer Stange befestigt – es sind keine Bänder oder Gurte enthalten. Dadurch sind sie besonders platzsparend und der Schraubverschluss macht einen sehr soliden, sicheren Eindruck. Die Ringe eignen sich perfekt für Pull-Ups und deren Varianten. Besonders praktisch finde ich, dass sie eine freie Rotation der Handgelenke ermöglichen, was das Training deutlich angenehmer macht und die Belastung für die Gelenke reduziert. Wer jedoch vorhat, Übungen wie Dips oder Muscle-Ups zu machen, wird hier enttäuscht: Diese Ringe sind nur für Zugbewegungen geeignet und nicht dafür ausgelegt, das gesamte Körpergewicht dynamisch zu tragen oder komplexe Ringe-Übungen zu ermöglichen. Das Material ist Hartplastik, der Griff ist recht fest und etwas dünner als bei Studio-Ringen. Für meine Hände ist das okay, wer empfindlich ist, sollte Handschuhe nutzen. Fazit: Sehr stabile Ringe mit starkem Schraubverschluss, optimal für verschiedene Klimmzüge. Für Dips oder Muscle-Ups NICHT geeignet, aber als Ergänzung fürs Pull-Up-Training absolut empfehlenswert.

Really sturdy, easy installation. There is a texture on the rings to make them non slip but it's a bit rough on the hands at first if you're not used to using equipment like this.
