Good price and does the job
Mid-range 20mm electric tape, now running along one side of my horse's field to deter her from ripping rugs on the outer fence that has a top strand of barbed wire. She's worried enough by white tape for it not to need to be on the electric, so I've not tested it from this point of view, but it seems well made so can't see there'd be a problem.

This is the cheapest I can find. It's not the strongest so won't last like more expensive brands but it's perfectly adequate for what I need for the price

Tape is hard to use
This just gets tangled and need to be sold witha reel. Then it will be much better. As of now it works but you will get tangled.
