This is a quality product, backed up by great customer service. We have purchased three different sizes of blackout blinds from this company over the years, and all fit perfectly and work flawlessly out of the box. They’re used daily and have held up.When we had questions on operations, the company responded immediately, even more than a year after our purchase.

I was looking high and low for a shade that could be made to custom fit my kitchen windows. I love how with this product, you take the exact measurement and they deduct from there for the hardware. It’s a perfect fit. They also email you to make sure the measurements are correct which was appreciated. The shade operates very smoothly and the cord is easy to use and doesn’t get in the way. Easy installation.I originally was going to go with two separate shades, and placed an order for those, but decided against it and went with one. I placed a new order and let them know I was going to cancel the first one. It was kind of a pain to cancel the order. I attempted to cancel it and it said it would take a day or two to process with the seller, and the seller kept calling and emailing saying they didn’t receive the cancellation, and gave me instructions on how to do it, yet I was following those instructions to a T. It eventually got straightened out luckily after a few attempts. The corrected order arrived ahead of schedule.

The shades were the perfect size for internal mounting. Installation was easy. They look great.

My shade was "lost in transit" by the incompetent FedEx delivery driver and getting a refund through FedEx was turning into a nightmare!! Luckily I was able to bypass that route because Ada at LANTIME is a wonderful person and helped me get my new order very quickly! The shade fits perfectly and it looks so good! Ada also communicated well with the measurements to ensure the perfect fit. As long as Ada is there doing all the customer communications, I would recommend them a million times over! I’m happy with my purchase. The blinds arrived in a timely manner and were easy to install. There were no written instructions, so I had to figure it out on my own. Which was fine because it was easy. The material looks nice and blocks a good amount of light. My only complaint is that the pull for opening/closing the blinds looks cheap. It is a white plastic chain style. I wish it was higher quality string or something.

The seller was thorough in confirming the measurements of my window. The item shipped on time and arrived a little late. The shade was extremely simple to install (inside mount) and ready to go in minutes. I’m very happy with my purchase!
