Hi, I bought this product for my daughter and for a week you will feel this product is good but then it’s same as your face was before, it doesn’t help at all

if you are consistent and use it with an AHA or BHA results will show. i forgot to use it for a week and now my skin looks like a pepperoni pizza. wish me luck

Jury is still out
I am still trying to decide if this thing fully works as stated. It does seem to keep the adult acne at bay but I have not found it to do much once a blemish actually appears. I was hopeful that once I "zapped" it, the blemish would deminish or at least stop growing. I have not found this to be the case, however.It seems to be easier to use if your face has some sort of cream or oil on it - it makes it easier to glide around. I use just a bit of coconut oil and it works well.It is VERY strong. I had to start at the very lowest level but have been able to increase it over time. I now probably use it at 1/4 its full potential - I'm not sure that I could go any higher without complete agony.I thought about purchasing a cheaper one but am satisfied with this one, knowing that it is well made and durable.

Worked great, until it didn't
Had this wand for about a year. Everything was working fine until one day when the wand died & stopped turning on. When plugging into the wall & turning the knob on the bottom, it no longer turns on. I do think it helps with smaller bumps and allows them to not grow any larger. Wish I could use it still!

fell apart after 2 months
Very disappointed as this is not well made and tool fell apart after 2 months of using (received it for Christmas). This metal piece fell off and was lodged in tool and I was able to pull it out manually but tool no longer works. Seller won't respond to emails for replacement. Don't waste your money.

Used and dirty!
I opened the box to find nothing wrapped I’m plastic and the wand was dirty. It had makeup and other stains/marks. Nothing about it looked new. I immediately returned the entire box!
