Q: Would this fit on a rear rack? I just want some bags for a few items.

Yes. I actually prefer it on the rear rack. I also ordered the larger "Rear Rack" pannier bags from RockBros and the damn things kept hitting my feet as I was pedaling, no matter how far back I mounted them.. And if I mounted them extremely far back they fell inward and hit my rear spokes! I don't know if my feet are too big or what, but I swapped the front bags to the rear and now everything is great. These work/look great on the back of my bike, and now I've ordered another pair to use for both the front AND rear racks, because why not?

Q: Will these fit a Soma Porteur Cargo rack?

Probably (I don't have this specific rack), but a couple things to note: 1. You would have to have the version of the rack that has the stability crossbar connecting the arms on each side vs the model with the straight arms to the platform top. (as this would be your anchor point) 2. The bags are top-loaded and rolled, so might be a bit of a challenge to access a bunch while attached to the bike since the rack has the platform top extending over where the bag would be hanging. Probably would be easier to do on the bike if the top rack was empty, but also noteworthy that these bags can be quickly taken off the bike for access as well.

Q: I have a giant sedona mount. bike with front suspension and disc brakes. where do i get a rack to fit these panniers?

Do a quick search on Amazon for front bicycle rack for suspension bikes they actually have tons of solutions to use the this panniers.
