Powerful suction for this style
Great little vacuum! Easy to assemble remaining pieces and wow, has great suction power. Amps matter! My first test was to see how it handled some millet (bird) seeds that spilled out of a bag. Those are very tiny seeds. It got all of them out of a low-pile (about 1/2”) carpet.I have 2 cats and it’s summer w/shedding galore despite brushing. I used it in their favorite room (bedroom) and oh my, I couldn’t believe how much it picked up.It also does well on my tile floor . The tiles have grout between them and is impossible to sweep clean w/a broom - only a vacuum gets it all. This Eureka does a great job on that.Dust canister is easy to pop off and empty-no hands. I saw some reviews where people mentioned it “spit” some dust or particles out the back but I didn’t notice that.I will say you might want to get one of those dusters on a handle to dust the inside of the canister, especially the opening where it sits on the vacuum. Any particles that stay on that rim would create tiny gaps allowing dust to spit out. A slightly larger “gasket” might prevent that but would add to the cost. Just keep that rim clean on both canister and where it sits on the main body. Like any vacuum there is noise but I didn’t find it to be too bad compared to my big canister. It doesn’t have a light but that’s no issue if your area is well lit. This model tilts back but won’t fit all the way under a standard height bed.I once had a Eureka canister decades ago that I loved; never had a problem with it and it lasted a very, very long time. I tend to be brand-loyal and was happy to see this Eureka stick vacuum. I prefer corded models.Amps matter - at this price point it is an excellent product with good amperage. I have a big canister vacuum that is quite powerful w/12 amps but tends to be a pain to lug out and use since it’s heavy.I love this Eureka!!!

Lightweight but powerful!
Awesome suction, lightweight, easy to store and because I purchased the pet design it picks up the smallest dust particles! It’s amazing 🎀

Great little vacuum for a studio or one bed apartment. Great for those with sore back issues!
Overall, it's a nice little unit.Very lightweight. Simple to use.The small brush head is perfect for small areas under coffee tables and between the legs of end tables and square back kitchen chairs.Overall vacuuming performance is good. It sucks the deap dust and dirt out of the carpet. It picks up my 2 foot long golden locks well. It does a great job on the kitchen floor as well. The cons are these...Hair gets caught in the little basket at the top of the dust bin. It builds up and blocks the dust bunnies from hitting the can. If I vacuum 2ce a week it won't clog on me before I finish my 1 bed apt. It's a minor inconvenience and is expected due to the length of my hair and the facts I am losing it everywhere I go the last few years. Any vacuum would eventually succumb. Also, the edge cleaner action on the vacuum head is not the best. In Spite of the fact it has great floor suction. You'll find yourself undoing the hose and going over baseboards with the brush or the little narrow tool or simply w/o an attachment. All 3 serve a great purpose and do their jobs well. Just don't expect to get all the edge dirt on the passes. It'll leave the most stubbornly far away in the edges specs of debris.I am a disabled vet with L4 and L5 ruptured and repaired. It's light enough I can use it w/o straining my back at all and it fits in all the little spots other vacuums will not. Less furniture scooting and lifting. If you want to reach the top valance on the mini blinds you can't. The hose is too short. I pick up the entire vacuum no problem to reach high. Put it on a square back chair. I have a 3 stepper I put it on the top as I stand on the middle stair. About 80 bucks for a great 3 stepper ladder.Overall it's a great little unit that outperforms it's size. I would not recommend this for any more than a 600 square foot space. Because of the small brush head it'd take a long time to vacuum a 2 bedroom on up. It would make a fantastic upstairs exclusively vacuum. The hose is wayyy too short for it to be used as a car vac.My recommendation is buy it w/o fear if my description fits your needs.

Better than Dyson or shark
Better than my Dyson and a whole heck of a lot lighter than that monster Dyson. The test was using it after using the monster and holy smokes, filled up the canister thinking there should be a just a little. Cat hair, cat litter and things I couldn’t figure out what else was in there. And the filter was dark grey like from smoke. All I could think that could have been the residue from my gas fireplace. So nice that it weighs so light I tested it using my bad arm and separated shoulder and, tada, no pain while or afterwards. Was able to vacuum in places that the Dyson can’t or won’t. Loved that they provided an extra filter so I can use it while the other one is drying after washing it. Not too short like others were complaining. I have to admit that I wish it had an extra wand so I could vacuum the vents and other things very high up. Oh well. I’ll figure it out for my personal issues. Still a keeper for daily work and cheap enough I would get another if I had to.
