Everything came but one key down pole is missing!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product! I did quite a bit of research ... *by C***S on July 26, 2017* Great product! I did quite a bit of research and ultimately decided on the 14' trampoline. It is well built and goes together rather easily. It took about 4 hours to put together by myself but nothing too complicated. If you have small kids buy the ladder! I put it in my backyard which has a little bit of a slope so I had to dig a little into the ground to level the trampoline. One this that is nice is that there are points contact on the frame so I only had to dig where the "feet" touched the ground. I did have a issue with some missing parts but the customer service was 100% outstanding. I could tell when I called ACON that they actually cared about my problem and I almost sensed a little stress on their part about making sure I was happy. I was refreshing to have this type of customer service. Well done and 5 stars. Also, don't buy the premium enclosure, they have had some issues with the construction and while they are working on the redesign it may be a while before it is ready. Order the standard enclosure or if you want the premium enclosure, call first to see if they have the new design ready. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Trampoline *by J***. on May 18, 2017* This trampoline is holding up very well.
