Q: Is this still sewn at the center nip so that the needle holes leak water through the center of the tarp?

I've never taken it out of the shipping container. Have been lucky, no fires nearby.

The tarp has a tag sewn on stating that it passes both FR NFPA 701 Method 1 and CPAI 84 Section 6 testing guidelines. If required, you may contact Kotap at info@kotap.com for the test findings for support.

Q: Does this tarp meet California state requirements
