My container arrived completely defective. The powder wasn’t powder at all, it was a solid block with the scoop stuck inside. I couldn’t break it apart even with force, so the product was impossible to use. It also showed as “Not eligible for return,” which was very frustrating, especially since it arrived damaged. Buyers should check their container immediately.

The product came unsealed with all the powder clumped together. Unusable.

This is a great product for a dupe of the very expensive brand, but this came hard as a rock and not sure if the ingredients were compromised. So sad, I’ve bought this product twice over the past 3 years and loved the taste and the benefits it offered. Amazon due to not being eligible for a return, I lost 45 dollars .

The mixture seems to be more advance over other brands. No jitters, no crash, just clean energy and a nice feeling gut. I do not like how the product binds in the container but that’s expected. No complaints at all. If there was a larger jar my wishes would be answered.

Tastes great seems to be working BUT it arrived rock solid. Took 10 minutes stabbing it with a knife to break it up to get in the scoop

I've bought this powder for a few years and it works great! Curbs my cravings and puts me in ketosis. Even if I occasionally indulge in carbs or sugar. However, I was disappointed this time. The powder was hard as a rock when I opened it, like it had been exposed to moisture. I got a refund and will buy again because I really love it, but it's inconvenient. Hoping the new one is better.
