ok.. Is it doing anything for my "Gut Support" I have no idea... Now the brand advertises an OFF USE for this product is that it makes your balls bigger... YES IT DOES... she noticed that they felt bigger and fuller.. I noticed that if i take it EVERY day they are bigger and a little tender... I take them like monday -thurs and skip the rest and the tenderness goes away for weekend festivities.. I have ordered from AMAZON and UMZU both about the same price. I"ll keep taking to make her a happy woman!!!!!

With or without you can do better anywhere
Sadly this probioticic did not help in any way with digestion. For men who see the videos he does which are done very well, this will not make any cough part of your body to get larger as proclaimed from a strain in the probiotic. It is also quite expensive. I have taken for a full month, I run daily and eat a clean vegetarian diet. Absolutely nothing and I mean nothing has changed. Mood same, energy same, digestion same. They really should improve this product or change their claims.This said i am testing another product of the same company. They request two months and I am on my second order with mild Improvement. So some of their other products may be worth exploring.A lot of people seem to read my past reviews and so I plan to update you all on more information as I have it. Have a great holiday everyone.
