This is a great massaging pillow and works brilliantly in the car, perfect for the long commutes to work. Easy to set up with the strap and the car adapter that is included. The heated function really helps relax my muscles and the different speed options is a great bonus. Would definitely recommend to somebody looking for a massage for the car

I purchased this as I get a lot of shoulder and neck pain and wanted something to help with this and provide some kind of relief.I found the product easy to use, it has three speeds with a clear difference between them all. It also has an elastic strap on the back so it can be attached to a chair. It also comes with an adapter to be used in the car. The product is a reasonable size as well as being lightweight.I found the massage to be firm but not uncomfortable. I tried it on my lower and upper back as well as my neck. It helped to relax my muscles and give some relief after a day of decorating.

The balls that massage you are quite hard but it does the job especially once it has warmed up but you can’t stop it massaging to use it as just a heat pad

Bought as a gift, recipient was very pleased with the product especially for lower back pain relief and great to use in the car.

The media could not be loaded. My initial thinking was: it's a nice massage pillow but not as firm as previous machines. I was a bit worried with some comments about motor not working, mine has worked for approximately 4 times and the speed was actually good. However the 5th time I used it, it just didn't work on one side, which leads me to think that the rotation plastic wheel on the mechanism of that side is either bad quality and wore off extremely fast or defective.Not so happy with not having the deeper tissue access that other machines have, I suppose this may be down to personal preference as there are a lot of people who would like a smoother type of massage.Also there is a flaw in the design and when plugged in on an extension lead it blocks also the next port, as this was a massager designated for taking with me when travelling with work it really was disappointing.
