What is "all-purpose grind? Can this be used in an espresso machine?

I bought this Gaviña espresso "extra fine grind" coffee for my expresso machine. I noticed that it has a more difficult time making the espresso. When cleaning the coffee grounds after use, I noticed that because it is "extra fine", it become extra compact, making it more difficult to pass water through. I suggest you only use this if you have a decent machine. Otherwise, I would suggest the regular Gaviña Expresso grounds that come in a white can instead of the gold. Hope this helps.

Is the grind fine enough to make Turkish coffee with?

It is an extra fine grind, however not a Turkish grind but can be used for Turkish coffee.

can i use in reg coffee maker?

Hello, the grind for this coffee is Fine Grind while the grind we recommend for a regular coffee make is Auto Drip, which is a bit coarser than Fine. You could potentially use this coffee in your regular coffee machine, however, the coffee will be on the lighter side since the ground are finer than the Auto Drip grind.
