It’s a Good solid board but the torso size is too big! I’m average not a long torso super model! Maybe it wouldn’t bother me as much if I didn’t have stitches.

Stay away from this!!! This board is too thin, not hard enough, it curves when you bend so does not compress. I thought having a board thats bigger was better but its actually not, It was too big was cutting into my ribs under my bra but not compressing my lower belly where its most needed at all while being too thin and why I ended up with a bulge on my lower belly, whenever I was bending I guess the big board curved and bunched my skin in the lower abdomen and now I have a bulge. I now got a new ab board 4 weeks into recovery and feel and see the difference the correct ab board makes! Search for “M&D lipo board” on amazon, thats what I have now and it feels like a real board and my stomach is getting flatter already after few days, I hope its not too late for me to fix that bulge since I had the wrong board during the most crucial time of recovery when the skin is still moldable :(

Lo pedí para la primer etapa después de mi Lipo ya que me recomendaron usar una durante la primer semana que no fuera tan dura y esta me funcionó muy bien.

Quality is fine however the board sits so long against your torso that it is impossible to sit down without it poking into your breast or public region. Was not able to even use once due to discomfort.
