GloFish Live Fish Collections (10G Active)

I ordered 6 fish and 1 died several days later and I was refunded for it. Other fish all look good. I believe ordering these fish when its below freezing is not the best idea. Shipping was overnight and they were packed well. I would use this company again because they did a good job. I've had these fish for 2 weeks today and im glad I ordered them this way. A side note, I read the instructions step by step for adding the fish to the tank and I had a cycled empty tank that I used for these fish. Thanks again.

I received my order they were very very beautiful. Then I noticed the shark died first and then one after another started dying and then every fish in my tank died. I worked with the company and at first they said that they would replace, and then they gave me an excuse that they was just gonna give me a refund, and then finally they sent me replacements. These fish are doing good but now, even though I was gonna order again, despite what happened they refused to take anymore of my orders but that’s OK. It wasn’t my fault that all the fish died. They were sick. The ones that I got the replacement. They’re doing fine.

I was very skeptical to buy fish online. We have lost so many glow fish after purchasing them through petsmart I was ready to give up. Petsmart actually told us the last time we took the dead ones back to them they would not replace them for us. We would put the fish in and they would die within hours. We received the fish, I opened the box and to my belief they were swimming around and looked great. Of course, I assumed I would put them in the tank and watch them die. It has been two weeks and they all look great. I will definitely order again. I don't know why these are doing so well especially living in a bag for so long compared to petsmart. Our grandkids love watching them.

Hi, One fish red striped one arrived belly up, may not make it. Pretty fish, but it is not accurate that you will get one of each color depicted in a picture, I got only 2 red striped ones 2 orange striped ones 2 small yellow 2 small blue 2 small red no green, my kids were disappointed, we showed them picture and it said colors were guaranteed, they like green color.
