Wonderful info in this book.

I have about a dozen whitetail/hunting books and there is a lot of repetitive information and it's usually all focused on just hunting. This book is great because it dives into their behavior which allows you to adapt your own hunting or filming/photography preferences to it.

Great book.... but arrived with the front cover and pages damaged.

Got this book for an avid deer hunter who loves getting information about whitetail deer. He loves it. Has a ton of interesting information about the animals. Reason why I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 is because the author seems to be an evolutionist, and I totally disagree with his opinions about that. I'm surprised how someone who can be so knowledgable about the animals themselves can be so foolish to believe in evolution. But overall book is great and very nice with the hardback cover and big pictures.
