Sturdy and attractive
This is a very nice looking and sturdy rack. I primarily purchased it as a utensil hanger for some new decorative nylon utensils I received as a gift for Christmas, but the shelf comes in handy as well. The few spices that don't fit in my huge spice organizer now live here. Will fit much more than in the photo, and I think it is a bit wider than it appears in the photo as well. Instructions are very clear and simple, resulting in an assembly that is much easier than you first imagine when you open the box (it comes in many parts, not pre-assembled). An included template for mounting and level are very helpful. You will need a drill, so be aware of that. Only reason it doesn't get all 5 stars is because the spice shelf allows for smaller items to be a bit unstable... it is composed of two of the white bars, and if you have a small bottle that you don't set perfectly in the middle of the bars, it can tip. Overall, though, I love it!

Perfect for over the stove
This is exactly the thing I was hoping to find for over the stove. The hooks can slide and hold a variety of utensils/pot holders and the shelf can hold a bunch of spices, salt and pepper shakers, etc. The instructions this set comes with are actually really nice. It makes drilling the holes easy because the instructions can be taped to a wall with an easy-to-use level (comes with the kit) and away you go. It was a very fast install and is very sturdy (ours was installed in drywall). The shelf itself is a bit smaller than the picture suggested (yes I checked dimensions and measured ahead of time), but the picture makes it look like oil bottles would fit, but it has to be a pretty skinny bottle (not really a problem if you use the smaller bottle). It fits a whole bunch of herb bottles (8-9) and I'm glad to have everything right within reach. I would recommend this to others!

Unique, functional, durable, and easy to install
This spice rack is very unique and very functional. It arrived on time, nicely packaged, and came with everything listed except the level, that bit was missing from my package, (It had the red plastic holder it sits in but not the actual vial that makes it a level, minor inconvenience) but I had one already so no matter. I LOVED that it came with a fold out instruction manual and double sided tape to stick the manual to the wall, and on said manual are 4 markers where you need to screw the holes. Very, very convenient. It was quite easy to install by myself, but you will need some tools of course. The white bars do have small pegs in them so when you slide them in the green side holders, they will not move around. I didn't realize this feature before receiving it, so that was a plus. I had assumed there was some way to secure them but didn't know how, now I do. Very sturdy. The hooks are a generous size and fit all of my faberware utensils, even though some have thicker handles. I am sure, if installed correctly, that this piece would hold a couple of small pans, if desired. But not a huge, weighty, cast iron pan! Just 1 or 2 smaller, lighter ones, like my little egg pan and my small-medium frying pan.But again, nothing too weighty. On the note of weight though, the top rack does hold quite a bit of bottles. I have 9 bottles up there myself! Two of which are indeed oil bottles, as one reviewer said it would not hold oil bottles unless they were skinny, and this is true, but mine are slim bottles, the "O" olive oil brand, and those fit nicely. I have salt, pepper, garlic powder, a toothpick dispenser the size of an herb bottle, ginger, onion powder, "O" garlic oil, "O" blood orange oil, and Italian herbs. Hanging from the hooks on the rack I have 5 faberware utensils and 3 square pot holders (3 on one hook, together).I don't know if it's "painted" but it doesn't appear so, seems as though the colors are just what they made them to be so no chipping or scratching of color. This is a nice addition to my kitchen, and saves me time and space looking for things in my cabinets and utensil drawers. It really does look nice, and it really is an interesting rack. Oh, and the muted green color is very neutral as well. I have no other green in my kitchen and it still works.Hope this helps!

Very annoying.
The design of this is cute. When I opened it I was very excited, but as I stated to install, I noticed the hardware included didn't match the picture. The drywall anchors didn't match the direction picture and do i had to play a guessing game as to what size hole to drill. Now I'm left with 4 huge holes and no shelf.Very annoying.

Nice!
I ended up buying 2 of these to hang my kitchen utensils in my "space saver" kitchen. I chose it because I like the modern design instead of just a plain old chrome or stainless steel, flat, utensil hanger. The idea of having a little shelf also appealed to me. The shelf is only big enough to hold a smaller size bottle of olive oil, spices and salt & pepper shakers (example). There are 6 hooks to hang kitchen utensils or probably even pans, although I didn't try hanging pans. It's is actually pretty cool regarding installation. With it comes a paper template with a diagram and little pieces of 2-way tape to attach it to the wall so that you can line up where the holes should be. There is also a tiny level tool that comes with it so that you can be sure to install the unit nice and straight. I don't even own a drill, but I was able to install the drywall anchors with a phillips screwdriver. I watched an instructive video on YouTube to find out how to install the anchors. So anyone out there that doesn't own any power tools, have no fear. You can do this!

Nice looking.
I like the way it looks on my wall and I like the way you can adjust the hooks to different size utensils. It's fairly easy to mount on your wall with the template they give you, even comes with a level. So far I'm very please with the rack.

Not very useful
The system for mounting and stabilizing the rack is a little flimsy, at least for my wall. Does not let to hang more on it. In fact, only what is on the picture.

This a very nice spice rack
This a very nice spice rack! Looks much better than in picture. If you follow the directions and properly mount the rack it is very sturdy and can hold much more than what is in the picture. We have the basic spices on the rack; powder garlic, turmeric, cloves, basil, oregano, cayenne, salt and pepper. The other spices not used as much are in the cupboard and out of the way. No need for the "take up too much space" counter-top spice rack anymore. Great purchase!!
