Excellent! What can I say....:)
I am very happy since I started using this product. It feels like going to the gym. I also get very deep sleep at night. It's rejuvenating to the whole body. I use it after office hours then I get some strength to cook for the family. I recommend it to everyone with or with out arthritis. It's awesome for the joints. Has plenty of space to do the work out.I highly recommend this product.

Any REAL unsolicited reviews out there?
I am a bit leery about purchasing this product mainly because there is a chance that several of the positive reviews have been stacked by Soloflex or those whom may gain from a favorable review. This review (among a few more) have been repeated nearly verbatim (sometimes fully verbatim) in other sites such as ePinions and more). Now, this may be just a very loyal and happy customer sharing the good news with others -- but, I think one must remain suspicious. I, for one, wish they sold this item at a retail store so i could test it out without worrying about being disappointed and charged shipping (to & fro) plus a potential "restocking fee" for my troubles. The bio mechanics lab at my school does have a Power Plate model that has proven itself as being effective. Power Plate machines deserve all the praise and research benefits espoused by countless medical studies. Yet, it certainly has the hefty price tag to match it. So, this $295 Soloflex is a VERY VERY tempting option should it prove to be as beneficial. If I do decide to take the dive, then I will surely write an honest review. For now, those of you reading these reviews may want to remain cautious. They may be as reliable as those "unsolicited positive reviews" yelled out by the peanut gallery at a traveling side show sales wagon.

Watch out if you have joint replacements!
I didn't see any improvement using this board, and although the physical therapist said it was fine, the surgeon later said that it may be why my ankle implant failed. There is a warning enclosed with the info. I don't think it has any value, disregarding my implant issue.

core workout
I am a personal trainer with most of my clients ranging from age 50 - 74. The soloflex enables me to work with specific areas of weakness for strenthening and flexability and my personal goals for pain reduction. Great product Thanks.....Kaye Jordan

Relaxing
I use the soloflex almost every evening for 15 minutes. I have had back surgery and have found the soloflex to help me relax. For the price I think it is a good value.

Rattle my bones healthy--I hope
Basically a mini-earthquake machine, that rattles the one on it--everything from a low buzz to a stronger rattle that makes me feel like my eyeballs are about to fall out if I'm watching the television. Said by some to help increase bone development--I got it for my pre-osteopenia (pre-osteopororis). Having not had a scan since, I don't know if it worked. But it is good for relaxation (just lay down on it and put on rattle, and zone).

Are we talking about the same machine??
I've had the Soloflex WBV platform for almost a year, and use it regularly because I really like the way it FEELS. BUT, I cannot say I've noticed any "results" from it. I read some of the reviews here saying people work up a sweat just standing on it, and have to wonder if we're talking about the same item! I work out on mine with dumbbells, using fairly respectable poundage (30-35 lb DB's for bicep curls, shoulder presses, chest press, flyes and lunges), occasionally do some yoga on it, and isometric routines with a Bullworker Bullworker *X-5 Gold*. I always set the dial at the highest setting, and have NEVER worked up a sweat on it, even while doing the above-mentioned work. I use it for 20 - 30 minutes each time (never exceeding 30 minutes, as per their recommendation), and have NEVER experienced any "soreness" (DOMS) from it. I *have* gained some muscle size and definition in the past 4 months, but I attribute this to having started training with the Bullworker (which gave me results so fast it surprised the heck out of me), also doing more bodyweight and dumbbell work, and eating more (I'm not a big eater). I don't attribute it to the Soloflex platform, because I used it every day for a full 7 months *without* getting those results. Nor have I noticed that it has increased my flexibility at all. So I really do wonder how all these people writing the rave reviews are getting such stellar results. I did a lot of research on WBV before purchasing the Soloflex platform, and have no doubt about the validity and benefits of WBV. I just have to wonder if the Soloflex unit is really powerful enough to deliver the goods. I've not had the opportunity to try any of the bigger, more expensive machines such as found in gyms, etc., but I've seen clips online of people demonstrating them, and they do seem to be vibrating a lot more "vigorously" than mine does. Bottom line, I really enjoy the "massage" you get on the Soloflex platform, and it's a nice little bench to use while doing chest presses, etc. But I'm not getting the results or having the same experiences with it as all the 5-star reviewers. I wish I were!

Finally, something that works!
I was very pleased when I received my ABW. Being overweight and a late beginner at exercise, the ABW gave me the confidence to continue exercising in safety, especially since I would be doing it "at home & alone". The video is extremely helpful in getting started and doing "the right thing" so as NOT to over-exercise. The surprise was that it really was possible to overdo it! Thanks!
