Wow this thing is amazing like you can turn it on and it zaps or you can turn it all the way on and it'll bring the bugs to you you can leave it in the face and bases in my house I just said it up outside with the blue light all the way on it just obliterated a little more like it works amazingly and it's kind of cool lit up at night if you want it all the way out and there's two settings and it comes fully charged

This is the third time I ordered this. I brought this with me on my vacation and gave away to relatives because it works well. It zapps mosquitos, flies, fruit flies and other insects it touches but never zapps me. It has rechargeable battery designed to be carried or leave it with a stand. It works great. Gave one to my parents because they had a lot of fruit flies and another to a relative because they have big mosquitoes in Florida.

This electric swatter/lamp with UV light works like a charm for the most part! It's super satisfying to hear the zap when it catches something — you know it's working. I've definitely noticed fewer bugs in the kitchen since using it. It does a great job with larger flies and mosquitos, but every now and then it seems to miss the really tiny fruit flies. Still, it's made a noticeable difference, and the peace of mind (and sound of victory) makes it well worth it.

Living out in the country, every summer brings what I call fly season. It gets bad—flies everywhere. I don’t use it much as a handheld swatter, except when a stray wasp gets in the house. I usually leave it sitting in its stand and let the flies come to the light.The zapping sound in the evening is actually kind of beautiful. Zap... then another zap. It lets me know it’s doing its job. It doesn’t just get flies either—it attracts fruit flies, moths, and all sorts of flying bugs.If I had one wish, it would be that the zapper were a little bigger to cover more area. But for the price and convenience, it’s well worth it. I’ll definitely keep using these every summer.

The satisfying sound of one less bug flying around my face. It is quite a "loud" pop when it goes off and it doesn't always kill the bugs right away, but I never see them again. The battery lasts and lasts. I get multiple hours out of mine, but do tend to keep in on the charger. The purple light does a very good job at drawing in the bugs. All in all, for the money, it does a good job.

Oh my god, I don’t know why this year, the flies are so prominent in the area! They usually are not this bad but in the back of the office this year, there is so many that just flies in from the outside. Honestly quite speechless by the sheer amount of flies there.
