Was recommended this by a friend at the gym to help with muscle soreness/so I can work certain muscles out more (go from every 3rd day to every other day). Worked like a charm to decrease muscle soreness immediately!

I've used a couple of brands of this product and this one is just as effective as more expensive brands but comes in a larger amount for cheaper.My only complain is a huge amount of the bottle is empty. I wish the bottle was smaller or they just charged more to fill it all the way up.Regardless this is a good choice if you need to take it and want to save some money, and don't mind a mild pineapple taste.

Really have not idea if it's working or not but at least I don't have the smell problem some had. I'm continuing taking this for my floaters but some have claim that it helps with other issues so hopefully I gaining that benefit but just not knowing. Did have a problem with one of the new bottles sent where the bottle seems to be "fake". The manufacturer has addressed this and I am okay with it. Will update if I have other issues.

**I wish to add that the company has given me a full refund and is bringing this issue to the manufacturer’s attention to have it resolved. I much appreciate the fact that they will check into it to resolve the issue even more than the refund. I will be reordering when I run out.The product seems okay (hard to tell with supplements). I have found more than one empty capsule, however. I haven’t counted capsules, so I don’t know if I’m being short-changed. For this reason I cannot give it a five .
