My update is this: berklan are the softest linen sheets I own and they are my favorites. They still look beautiful, have no holes after alternating them with other sheets over the past year, and have a wonderful texture that has only become softer. They sleep cool. I absolutely love them and hope Berklan will come out with more in this quality. 200 GSM is perfect!Original review: They were delivered two days early, securely packaged and spotless! On first glance they’re not much heavier than my 160 GSM linen sheets, but they are more densely woven. I wondered what to expect with 200 GSM and to me, they are the perfect weight!I just washed them twice and dried them partway with wool dryer balls on low heat. Very little lint in dryer. I lay the flat sheet over the bed to finish drying, and the fitted sheet and pillowcases over an ironing board.They feel buttery soft and cool to the touch! It may be hard to see in the pics but they have a subtle luster.The color is similar to faded-denim. I wasn’t sure if I would like the blue because on my phone it looks almost violet, but it isn’t. I think the blue will mix well with white or natural for variety. I love being able to see the different thread colors! One surprise is that the envelope closure in the pillowcase is on the opposite end from the decorative detail. So the end where you have the decorative line doesn’t open. That’s a first for me. The only small detractor is that I can feel the sewn edge around the pillowcase on the sensitive skin of my neck. I prefer pillowcases that don't have that because they feel softer but it is not a dealbreaker. There is something so special about linen and these feel amazing. Once I get a better idea about durability, I may update. They feel sturdy.

We have two sets of these sheets and they are absolutely the most comfortable sheets we’ve ever slept on. My husband sleeps “cool” and I like to be “warm” and these sheets are perfect for both of us.I ordered our first set of these sheets about five months ago and loved them instantly—the 100% cotton percale and cotton/linen blend sheets we had been using couldn’t come close to the comfort of these sheets. It was great that the fitted sheet was generously sized and fit our 13.5” mattress perfectly. The top sheet, however, was kind of skimpy—the length was OK but the width was weird—the edges of the sheet didn’t even come to the bottom of the mattress. It was OK—no deal-breaker—we loved how comfortable they were and it wasn’t like they left us uncovered. When I ordered the second set about six weeks ago, I was kind of expecting the narrower width, but—surprise—a nice big sheet that fell far below the bottom edge of the mattress—about a full foot wider than the original sheet (see image). In hindsight, I honestly think that the original set had a flat sheet that’s actually queen-size instead of king.In response to some of the negative reviews, they’re not “scratchy,” they’re LINEN; they’re not “wrinkly,” they’re LINEN. No—not everyone will get that. Someone who enjoys the experience of microfiber sheets (surprise, folks—that’s PLASTIC) is not going to like getting into bed with linen sheets. We think they’re absolutely luxurious—and amazingly comfortable. Just watch the size…

These sheets feel very luxurious and are cool to the touch, lightweight but yet warm. I would give them 4 stars if not for the fact that after three washings they throw off a lot of lint both in the dryer and on the bed. I kept finding what looked like twisted pieces of tissue paper on the carpet around my bed and realized it was from the sheets.Surprisingly they do not wrinkle as badly as I feared.

I bought these and expected them to be terrible. After weekly washing for about 3 months now, they have held up wonderfully and were super soft after about the 3rd wash. The pillow cases are a bit scratchy but I use a silk one to help with my frizzy hair. The oatmeal color is beautiful and they are extremely helpful if like me, you sleep hot. I will be purchasing another set soon. LOVE these! Would have paid more knowing the quality is this good.

I read that linen will not get static cling while you are sleeping, so I went on a quest to find linen sheets. These fit the bill perfectly. They are new, only one wash so far, but if you take them out of the dryer and fold or make the bed back up right away they don't wrinkle too much. I'm hoping they are durable, linen has stood the test of time in the past so that is kind of a non-issue for me. I was used to very smooth sheets so it took a night or 2 to adjust to the heavy duty nature of the material, also a non-issue. AND no static! It is true, and no more electric flashes if I move under the sheets. Pretty amazing. I'd buy these again for another bed I have.

My first linen purchase .Living in Az , I wanted something that I could sleep in without sweating .These sheets are soooo comfortable . My first night I overslept and slept 12 hours .Will see how they hold up !

From the moment you open the package, the fine quality is apparent. The weight, color and texture of the linen started the anticipation of a special sleep experience.Being designed to fit a deep queen mattress, the fitted sheet needed to be pulled and tucked to help prevent large wrinkles so two things had to be done. Washed and dried on the normal cycle and I added a quilted mattress cover. Mattresses vary. Mine is about 8” of foam.The pillow cases accept queen size pillows and have a pocket inside to surround the end. Love that.

This product showed up and the product didn’t have any tags that they were made of linen. The sheets were plasticky and stinky and didn’t look like the product listed.
