easy install, solid made, good quality

First off, the installation of this commercial level door handle could not be easier. The instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. Next, the quality of the hardware is evident that it is well built. I have no concerns that this door handle will last for a long time.As advertised, this style of door handle works for many situations, including a storage shed that we use for business supplies. No need for the stress of remembering if we forgot to lock the door after we were done and making a special trip back just to double check. Once the door is closed, we know our supplies on the other side will be locked up safe and sound. If a commercial level door handle is what you are searching for, then search no further because this one will certainly “handle” your needs!

This weighs 3 times more than the $70.00 lock I bought at a big box hardware which only lasted a year before the handle fell off. It was more involved to install but it is a rock solid door lock. It's been installed for a few months now and it works flawlessly. I actually feel like the door is secure! This is comparable to the $175.00 lock that a locksmith shop showed me.

I ordered the 'storeroom' version. It was very hard to turn the key in the lock, I had to jiggle it just right to turn the key and unlock the door. And then it would frequently get stuck and be hard to pull back out.Another problem is that turning the key is what operates the latching mechanism, the exterior handle does nothing. So you better have a very well-fitting latch because that key will not provide any turning leverage.And finally, the installation instructions were very confusing. There were a series of badly-drawn diagrams that didn't properly illustrate the components, I had to guess what to do from a few brief sentences.Unacceptable, I returned it.

I installed about six months ago. Working good so far.

Looks great, but doesn’t last. My lock lasted for less than a year.
