Perfect Macarons
Even though I don't have trouble making macarons, I can never get them all to be the same size. Hence my purchase of the Chefmade Macaron pan. I'm so glad I gave it a chance! The first time I used it I had a little trouble getting the macarons out of the pan without them sticking, but that was because they were a little underbaked. Once I popped them back in the oven for another minute or two and tried again they slipped right off so easily and with no sticking. The bottoms of the macarons came out perfectly smooth. This pan really is nonstick and a quick wipe with a paper towel was all it took to clean it afterwards. I'm very happy with this purchase and am planning to buy a couple more to make bigger batches.A few very small issues were that it is quite hard to get the pan out of the oven as there are no handles. I placed it on another baking sheet before putting it in the oven that way it would be easier to remove. That solved that problem and the macarons still baked perfect. The pan is also a little bit on the smaller side, I think the macarons could be considered mini macarons, but I actually liked how these little bite sized ones look. However, it would still be nice to have a slightly larger option as well. Overall, the pan seems to be of very good quality and I would definitely recommend it.

yes it costs more than some other pans
but spend the money...it'll pay in the end.i bought two different chefmade pans this week and i have never spent over $12 on bakeware pans but sometimes you have to pay more for quality.i have baked 3 times in both pans and my goodness but its such a delight ..there is no cleanup reallyphoto 1 shows some crusted on cheese spill from my buns.photo 2 shows same pan just rinsed with water, no sponge, no towel ,just to show that nothing stuck.also these little mini loafs one rose 2 1/4-2 1/2 inchesand the length approx. 3 1/2.even though only had pans a week i dont see the quality degrading. decently heavyweight.buy!

Best CHEFMADE macaron tray
These macaron trays are really good. I've been reading the reviews and some say they crack or they don't come off the trays. Found out if you don't dry out the macaron correctly and bake the macaron completely then it will stick to the try. You will have a residue left when you try to take the macaron off. But if the macaron is done correctly... The macaron WILL NOT stick and it comes right off. Chewy perfect texture.

Long cupcake
The media could not be loaded. I used the oblong cupcake tin by chef-made to make mini cakes and it was lovely. The cakes came right out after baking and clean up was a breeze. The pan didn’t twist or warp in the oven like most. It’s made of a super heavy duty stainless steel and I can’t wait to back more cakes in it.

Not Always Non-Stick
Since the Nickels Bakery in Ohio no longer makes angel food twinkies, I was attempting to manufacture my own using this pan. The non- stick claim might apply to other types of cake mixes, but not to angel food. The only way I could get them out whole was to spray liquid margarine on the pan before each batch. Other than that, it’s a very sturdy, well made pan. I plan to buy another.

Cute lemon cakes!
I baked lemon cakes three times in this pan so far and they all turned out super cute. I always grease my pan even if it has non stick coating on it because it’s better for the pan in the long run I believe. With a bit of melted butter and flour mixed, the cakes slide off very easily. It’s fairly easy to clean - wipe with a soft sponge or cloth. The one annoying part to clean is where the pan meets the lemon shaped cavities as things can get stuck around it a little. Other than that I have no complaints. I like that the pan is pretty champagne gold coloured. A bit of different look to my baking pan collection. When I received mine it came with a slight dent in one of the corners, presumably from the delivery, but it didn’t bother me too much. Highly recommend it to people who love baking.

Great deal
These were the only pans I have seen that had what I was looking for. The cavitiesfor the muffins or whatever you are baking are shallow and the pans fit comfortablyin a toaster oven. Yea !! The happy surprise for me is that they are heavy duty so theywon`t warp like cheap ones. These are a great deal and I will look for this brand whenbuying any related items.

Fun and easy cake pan
It was easy to make twinkies. I used a regular cake mix with the cup cake recipe, the filling was 6 tb butter, 1 1/2 cup confection sugar, 3/4 cup marshmallow fluff, and 2 tb of heavy cream. The cake pan allowed for a great treat in a short time.
