Purchased in April 2015 and have used this pruner numerous times. After about 6 uses, the rubber handles came off when applying pressure to make a cut. In one case, I injured my arm when the handle suddenly struck my arm as a result of the rubber cover detaching from the handle. I contacted Barnel about this problem earlier this week and have not heard from the company. Has anyone had a similar problem? If so, what was your solution to solving the problem? The pruner was from a third-party supplier who overcharged me $28 (credited by Amazon).
