Failed after installation.
I read reviews before buying a product and saw that this item had mixed reviews. I said what the heck, I'll give it a shot. After wiring up the item and turning it on, it seemed to be a nice product. After a few minutes I noticed the car loaded on the background wasn't an Escalade, then the unit would turn off and reboot. I tried unplugging everything and seeing if that would help but no luck, same issue ("boot loop"). I decided to give up but before unplugging everything I at least wanted to see how it would look in the dash. To my surprise it didn't even fit! The unit sent to me wasn't even for my vehicle (reference pictures). I took out the unit to measure the screen size, turns out it was a 9.4" unit which must of been mislabeled for my car. I don't have hours to waste on BS like this, so I returned the item. Maybe if they sent the correct one the first time I wouldn't have had any of these issues but that's being optimistic. 🤷

Nice radio
Unlike what the ad says you can not connect your factory reverse camera, I did contact them and they told me the only way to get a reverse camera to work is to use a aftermarket camera.

Not worth the price in my opinion.
Had this stereo for almost a year now. Looks good (not an exact fit though, disappointed). After 1-2 months, I lost video for my backup camera, emailed support and they were not much help. Backup camera working fine as I connected my original stereo and works fine. Not worth the $600-700 price tag.

Don't waste your money
The Item is supposed to be able to use its own Sim card but after checking with AT&T, T mobile, and Verizon, the unit is NOT COMPATIBLE with any company. The Unit uses primarily 3G service but no cell companies are compatible with ANY 3G equipment anymore. Big bummer and waste of time and money. Also after 2 weeks of using I can't even use the Hotspot from my cell anymore... It lost all GPS signal... I even tried using a different GPS antenna. No luck. JUNK! I want my money back...

Looks Great
So far I love it. Came with everything you need to install. Would be nice to have some instructions though.

Product is broken it doesn’t work need money back
The radio is the only thing that works in the reverse car service don’t work I don’t sync up to my phone and it won’t do all the displays that it promised it’s a water down version what’s overcharged Innisbrook
