Tang Soo Do Complete Book of Hyungs: 10th Gup White Belt to 10th Dan Black Belt Hyungs

The book and content are good, as a black belt in another style who recently started in TSD I thought it would help me get up to speed on the Hyungs. In a digital world where photography is quite easy, using low quality drawings rather than photos seems rather unprofessional. For the price of the book, even on the Kindle format you would expect a higher quality product.

The book has a good history section, not only on the MooDuk Kwan but the majority of others as well. The book is pretty well rounded and the use connection and reference from Tang Soo Do to Shotokan to China is shown in graphic and easy to understand detail. In my opinion this is a book best received in actual book format rather then digital but still a great book.

Very interesting collection of information ... I'm still wading through it. I do note that Bassai Dai and Bassai Sho forms appear to be mislabled, based on other kata/hyung diagrams for the same forms. I very much like the multiple displays for each form, as well as historical information interspersed within the book. All in all, a good investment.

It is a little confusing to follow, especially when their is a change in direction. This is definitely not a book to learn from but rather a supplement to class instruction.I know it said that in the book description but I thought the diagrams would be more detailed and not so stick figure-like.
