It took a bit of tugging but, it’s an excellent fit. I haven’t done a rigorous workout in them yet, but I am able to bend and move without complications. If you have wider hips, I’d suggest that you size up. I’m a 10/12 with small waist and wide hips. After 20 minutes, the sweat was REAL! Great quality as well. 🤌🏾

The pants are perfect wow I just put them on and started to sweat these pants are perfect with the only difference that when I put them on they stuck to my skin so I couldn't run anymore but I put them on with another one and I It was perfect, of course, it's a little too big for me because I already slipped more but if the pants are perfect I recommend it and I'll order another one just like it because I liked it a lot with the only difference that they all come from a single color I would like a different color but me but I loved it because it sweats a lot quite a lot I can wear it all day to exercise to walk around the house all day and I loved it comfortable too.

I had to order a 3X and I’m a size 16. This fits really good because I read the other reviews that said to order up instead of down. It did not slip down or roll on my tummy or anything like that so that I did like. I wore it out in the hot Texas so probably not a good idea lol I felt like the product Shrinks wrap to me and I was going to have to peel it off but once I got back in the cool the material Loosened up. Thank goodness! The product is good quality which I like. I got the matching top to it as well. Inside the package was a web email address and said you can get extra money off if you buy another piece by emailing the company. I emailed company and never heard back so that was rather disappointing! Other than that I have no complaints about the quality and the price of the product.

These are very comfortable and fit true to size. I wear them often and they are still on good condition and help me to work up a drenching sweat. I would recommend. I also go the matching jacket of this brand and it works great as well.

I didn’t like the way they fit it. They were too long to my ankles. I didn’t know that they had the plastic all the way down the legs

They fit well but I don’t really sweat with them on anymore than I do with regular pants on

I love these pants. They work extremely well to help you generate heat quickly during your workout. I have only been wearing them during exercise for about 2 weeks. I can already see the difference in my belly. Definitely recommend.

So easy to put on! stretchy material and very comfortable, does not irritate the skin. I love the way you can adjust the waist. These pants make you SWEAT when working out! I’m sure they would have a similar effect when wearing them around house when cleaning etc. when you are done with them they slide right off, there is absolutely no struggle in putting them on or taking them off, which is something I was concerned about. The sizing chart in the pictures above aren’t very accurate, according to the chart I should have purchased an XL and my mum should have purchased a 2XL. I’m a UK 20/12 in bottoms, but I have a smaller waist so I purchased an M and they are perfect! Especially since you can adjust the waist! I’m 5’7 / 170cm and the length is perfect, but if you are shorter I’m sure it won’t be a problem since the material kinda sticks to the skin, if you are taller than 170cm/ 5’7 you might need to wear them a little more cropped at the ankle, as my mum had to, but it isn’t noticeable! Overall these are AMAZING and I highly recommend <3!!!

Wore these to a zumba class and i felt the sweat!!! I am not a sweater but these definitely worked. Once I started jumping the sweat was running down my leg, because it had no where else to go. By the end of 1hr the leggings sweated all the way through on my ankles 🤣They are comfortable and stretchy.Its difficult to get used to the sweat being inbetween skin and item of clothing but at least it means it works!I ordered an S because other people said they stretch after first use

Use these when exercising, they are going for making you sweat more. Very easy to put on and take off. Good quality.

I went for an M. I'm 166cm 67kg, hips 104cm, waist 69cm (just so you know better with the sizing).It fits well except for being a bit too short. I can move freely in it, do kicks and jumps.Be quick with putting it on bc once it sticks it sticks and you want to have the crotch area where it belongs ;)Can't say that it does much with the sweating but at least I can use it for workouts... in case that's important for you: won't recommend it to "look good"...
