Review: This is my 2nd purchase from this company of the same rack. I purchased the first one in white several years ago, and I just purchased another one in black. These racks are very high-quality METAL. The paint seems inherent to the metal. It does NOT flake off, and we even have the white one outside, albeit semi-protected. The assembly of these racks is very simple and the directions are included. The only "negatives" are very minor, but I will mention them. My husband (who mounted the racks onto the wall) complained that the it would have been nicer if the manufacturer had put the latch lip on the rack stem rather than on the mounts because you have to maneuver the drill around them. It's doable as it is, but just a little inconvenient. The other minor thing is that the silver screws really pop against the black mounts, so Imma gonna hit them with a bit of black paint to make them disappear. So, I guess I would say, black screws would be a better choice for the manufacturer to use. But these two "complaints" are really so minor that they don't take away from this product in the least. These racks are very sturdy, stylish, and will hold a lot of stuff!
