Unique Design, it was super easy and fast! preferred this over actual needle piercing Make sure your alignment is straight so the jewelry sits flat on your nose. 1. Wash your hands. Clean your nostril with the alcohol wipe. 2. Place your nostril in the open space of the device so that the empty white end (held with your thumb) is inside your nostril and the top part (held with your other fingers on the same hand) with the pointed needle is on top of your outer nostril. Do this so that the needle is at about a 60 degree angle. 2. Breath in and out. On exhale, push your thumb and other fingers together firmly. At this part, you might be scared. It really doesn't hurt that bad, so just push. Push it real good. 3. It's done! Try not to touch it so much. Only when your hands are clean, twist the piercing around in circles continuously so that the hole stays open.

Came out after a day
I bought this to do my friend's nose and the piercing part went well. It looked really good and there was no malfunction other than her jumping from the sound. But the next day she washed her face and it came out. The angled end was too short to push it back into her swollen nostril. So it was a bust. Will be repiercing her nose but not with this.
