No you can not slip them on without using your hands.

Q: Are you out of these in black?

I don’t know about their stock. I have several colors. The black are stunning.

Q: Are they comfortable to wear?

These are by far the most comfortable slippers I have ever tried. They are the only kind I will wear now. So much cushion!
