I LOVE this little teapot! My daughter bought it for me about 6 years ago and it's still going! I just bought one for my granddaughter to use in her dorm room. I've used it every day at least 2-3 times a day to make cups of tea without fail. It holds about 5 regular cups of water or 2 large mugs. It's very easy to use. I love that it has a "keep warm" button. It reaches a boil of 200 degrees in about 2-3 mins depending on how full it is. You can also set whatever temp you want it to reach. The size is small enough to just leave out on the counter and looks classy and contemporary. The quality is excellent. It's sturdy but light weight. It functions so well, I've even taken it on vacations because it works better than anything found in a hotel room. If you need boiling water quickly, this little guy is your pick!

Best kettle I have ever had and it has near perfect laminar flow, which is just what i needed, while it doesn't look the part I do still use it for raw tea and morning tea ceremonies without much issue. It's definitely worth every penny. And performs perfectly. It's also of a great size as I can go through all 12-15 steeps of tea in 1 go. The only issue is with the difficulty of use at times. The kettle doesn't like to hold the temp even after I set it to for ling and will increase and decrease to drastically for the purpose I bought it so I have to do it slowly and reheat/reboot the hotplate often. It also has an elegant look to it in person despite what it looks like online, though that may also only be the case because of me being a larger male so the whole handle fits in my hand for perspective.

I really like the little electric kettle, but it would be even better if it held more water. I live alone, so there's enough water for my 2-3 small cups of hot tea in the evenings, but if I had company and others wanted hot tea as well, then it wouldn't be as convenient to use it. Some of the directions weren't clear as I don't think the person writing them has English as their first language. I had to re-read them several times to get the hang of them. The kettle is nice looking, and I like that it has the gooseneck spout, which does make it easy to pour out the boiling water.

I was expecting this to be a bit bigger but other than that, this product is exactly what I was wanting! Planning on getting one for my mother in law.

Keep it fill with water and press the bottom to for hot water in seconds.I drink 2 - 3 cups of tea per day. I make my family teas for sickness, health, improve immune system, and this is easy to use everyday all day. Just press one bottom and watch it go. It doesn't make a lot of noises.

Hi I bought this and it only lasted a couple months. Seems designed to only last slightly beyond return period. Needs to constantly be reset and temperature control stops being responsive. JUNK! DO NOT BUY

I make a lot of Japanese greens and oolongs and so I need a kettle with precise temperature control. A year ago, I bought the Fellow Stagg EKG- and I do love it- however at $169, it’s not for everyone. In October, I returned to the office full time and needed a kettle to keep there, same features but less money. I have to think the bad reviews got some faulty units. So far, there is nothing not to love in this kettle. It’s not as ‘sexy’ as my Fellow, but it actually feels sturdier and somehow lighter at the same time. The pour is perfect and unlike my Fellow, this kettle lets me know when the temp has been reached. I’ve also checked the temp with a Thermapen and mine has stayed accurate.If you need an inexpensive variable temp kettle, this is the one. If it doesn’t live up to my review, let them know and exchange for another unit because it really is a great kettle!

I like the design when it works properly but there is either a design flaw or QC problem with their manufacturing. The temperature sensors and control buttons/electronics are unreliable and quirky, sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. The first one I bought starting doing this after a few months. I contacted customer service, sent them a video of the kettle doing weird things, like not reaching the temperature after 10 minutes, or vigorously boiling while the temp sensor read under 80C. They were very responsive, sent me a new one. Exact same issue after only a couple months, I learned to fiddle with it work around some of the quirks but finally decided to just buy another brand. Definitely a QC issue of other people aren't experiencing this but it happened with both units for me.
