This was a pretty straight forward test. And mail in process. Got results real quick. I bought this because my doctor ordered Cologuard which can give you false positive results. I got a positive hit. But I had no symptoms. .. My doctor wanted me to do a colonoscopy. Well, I have a lot of allergies-so I said no, because I don't know how sick I will get from the Prep before the colonoscopy. Re test me! She said no. My results from this test--Negative. What a relief. And still to this day-no symptoms my doc said to look for. Best thing I did for my peace of mind. Always get a 2nd opinion folks.

I sent a sample to the company and got a quick turn around of relief in knowing i don’t have blood in my stool. I found blood in my underwear one day and it scared me so i wanted to get screened because getting a doctors appointment is impossible. Either way i gotta say it was seamless hopefully effective. I’m still scheduling a colonoscopy for follow up because this doesn’t replace the doctor but still a nice quick way to know where you possibly stand

Followed their instructions and told to enter activation code sent to my phone. No code received despite multiple attempts. Had the option of skipping this part, and the activation process freezes and I cant provide to activate/register the test. Product can not be registered or activated, cant communicate over the computer or my phone and their website is not working. Glad I didn't lose too much on this non product. Be warned.

Bought in Jan, tried to use on March 26th, QR code says expired, even though it was still a few days to the end of March. Sucks * This is an update: I was issued with a Replacement kit,so I am updating the rating to 4 Stars for the quick response via email by the support. **

The product arrived on a Saturday.maiked the package back the same day with USPS label that came with product. Results on Tuesday because the package arrived at the facility on Monday. Since colon cancer is on the rise for people under 40, I would beg of every one to consider. Also paid with FSA card.

Included the return shipping label as it should have making it incredibly easy to return. Also, using the QR Code to register the kit makes it quick efficient.

Test was easy to use. Had to get on computer to enroll. Nurse called me with the results in 3 days.

When using the included label, and installing the app, the app shows the sample was shipped to the wrong lab and provided no results. This purchase is useless.
