Ok, so if you have some technical knowledge, this is totally doable and works like a charm! If this is your first time, I would find some help so you don't mess up your phone. It is straightforward, but like all screen replacement, requires some finesse. I had no problem and loved the kit, highly recommended.

Did not work at all. Every thing was visually identical to the phone I was trying to repair, however a pulling everything apart and trying to reassemble with the new screen, I realized that it was ever so slightly bigger than the original screen. which means everything was misaligned. My shipping company does not do returns so I just have to have to suck this up as a loss.

Leaves tracers after touching the screen.
Pixels are less quality as the original. Color is bluish and colors off slightly. The worst part when using the touch screen it leaves lcd display type tracers.

super delicate
the product is an exact replacement for an a11 screen, it works just fine. Only problem is these screens are SUPER fragile. I'm on my second one. I broke the first one in my pocket riding my motorcycle (phone was unusable after that) and I cracked the second one while putting my case back on immidiately after replacing the screen. It still works fine. what do you expect for $40?
