To be honest, I've not tried too many of these but this one is just pefect. The heel was a perfect fit for the size I ordered. The front extensions are slightly long and that is the best part as it can be cut and adjusted to fit. Works on various types of shoes (may have to remove the original in soles to tuck this in). All in all I'm happy with this product.

Size is not as described- the sole is thick which will make it very difficult to file in your shoes

Bulky and not comforting
Bulky and is not fitting in the shoes, it might help those having a big size shoes that want to make it fitting for a smaller size feet. If your shoes is at your exact feet size, then this bulky support is useless.
