STAUB Ceramic 3-pc Rectangular Baking Dish Set, Cherry

Love these dishes and the dark color blue. Bakes things well and pretty easy to clean.The smallest dish is great as I use this one to heat my leftovers in and the dish retains the heat and I bring it to the table to eat. Keeps my meal warm til I’m done and I dirty one less dish.The 2 larger dishes are great for roasting veggies and/or chicken thighs, or chicken parts.They are alil heavy, but I can deal.A good workout for my arms!

Love this set of baking dishes. They are beautiful to look at, easy to clean and great for baking. I love having the different sizes for flexibility depending on what I'm making and how many I'm cooking for. I originally went for something cheaper but returned it and got this set. I'm so pleased I did. These are excellent quality and bring me joy every time I use them.

Good quality, and nice color. Clean up is easy. I’ve only used the medium size, but the larger one looks like it would work well for lasagna.

I have an old recipe that needs baking at 450°F but my Pyrex baking dish is only safe up to 425° according to its website, so after some searching I found these Staub dishes recommended on multiple websites (shout out to ATK, your recs haven't let me down yet!). I baked the dish yesterday with no problem whatsoever! These dishes are expensive, sure, but you get THREE of them for the same price that many other comparable companies charge for a single full-sized baking dish. They're a bit deeper than other baking dishes with the same measurements, which I personally find as a benefit but if you prefer shallower baking dishes you might want to be aware of that. Also, I know it's not *as* important but they look SO good! I got the blue ones which are a rich, beautiful color on the outside with the nice off-white on the inside (I wish their dutch ovens had a similarly light interior coloring as opposed to the all-black they currently have). Overall no complaints whatsoever, I'm really liking this set! They're brand new, so I can't speak to their durability yet, but Staub is a recognized, well-established, premium company with a good warranty and good reputation so I'm inclined to believe that these will last.

Wonderfully crafted and have a great feel when handling, even straight out of the oven. Replaced several old pyrex casseroles that were always hard to handle. Well worth the investment.

Used the medium sized dish out of this 3 piece set 5 times. All at 350-375 degrees to make brownies or cook salmon.Tonight while baking salmon at 375 degrees I was sitting on the couch and heard a loud sound from the oven, which was clearly the sound of ceramic cracking in half. I rushed over and opened the oven to find fat and oil dripping onto the bottom of the oven and smoke filling the air.Luckily I turned the oven off and got a pan under it to catch the contents before the house we're renting caught fire. Definitely never buying this brand again. I thought Staub was supposed to be the best brand lol

These are so beautiful and well-made. They bake well, the nesting is very convenient, and they are just all around a pleasure to use.

Love Staub and these pans. A few months ago I bought the smaller set. These are deeper and bigger. I cannot say enough about these pans. Cook evenly and clean like a dream. so when Amazon had a special on these, I grabbed them up. Just perfect!
