We looked at dozens of other lighting systems and this was the best value. Good quality and easy to fold. Good portability and the photos we took using theses lights have good color. Stands have decent stability. The lights have good versatility and can be angled in almost any direction. The lights have greatly improved the image quality of our videos as well. I highly recommend this if youre just starting out with making videos!

These lights are amazing. They are very easy to set up and tear down. Everything fits perfectly into the bag. More importantly, it provides the necessary amount of light for a video shoot, twice, and at a great price. Also too, the customer service form Matladin was absolutely impeccable. I will be buying from them again.

Perfect for in home studios

I was blown away by the quality of the softbox when compared to more expensive brand that was purchased. The tripod seems robust and sturdy and the bulb 💡 is also of top quality. The softbox diffuser is also solid.. Looks like it may be able to withstand the rigours of daily use. I'm yet to try it out but thus far I'm mighty impressed. I'm updating this review to indicate that on turning it on the bulb when proof so I'm unable to assess the quality of the light. On that basis I'm downgrading my score from a 5 to a 3 because the replacement bulb cost $28.00

The lights are nice and bright and aren’t LED so they won’t damage your eyes which was my main concern when shopping. The stands are definitely not as low of quality as I expected, I wouldn’t suggest these if there would be kids or dogs knocking them over, but perfect for someone who is just needing some cheap studio lighting
