It does help with the pain. Free of defects. High quality. packaging was very thoughtful and sweet. Fabric is incredibly soft and durable. Love the Velcro, doesn’t pull on hair but very securely stays in place. It’s surprisingly comfortable, sometimes I even sleep with it on, when I do wake up the next day or from a nap I always feel refreshed because it also helps with puffy eyes and facial swelling so I always feel that I look amazing after a treatment lol.Gel does get really cold but frankly depending on the severity or pain numbness of my migraines, I really that to be the case; though if it’s a mild headache or just tension headache it is probably unnecessary to put it in freezer and I wouldn’t recommend it completely frozen All it needs is a little time on the freezer or be left on fridge. It gets frozen moderately fast!Gel is super bulky and can also be a little heavy but I love that it’s so thick because the coldness lasts longer than other brands I tried. I also love that I can move get around to areas of suffering. This mask is super huge, but I like it because sometimes my migraines are on the back or on one side of the head so I get creative and I just turn it around so more areas are covered where I need it.Anyway it’s been helping a lot and it beats any other soothing method.

I've had migraines for 20+ years. Have used all sorts of eye masks. This is my all time favorite! BE ADVISED:If you want complete cool comfort, use as a refrigerated mask. It's cool and refreshing and very comfortable. I personally like it in different stages of frozen depending on my headache. 30 minutes in the freezer for optimum comfort. Several hours in freezer for long term frozen relief. In fact for a migrain I will fall asleep with it on.You MUST rearrange the ice beads in order to make the mask comfortable for you. Once you arrange it, your good to go. From shipping, all my ice beads were on 1 side, so it took time to rearrange it. But I didn't need to ever do it again. Overall I love it. It's durable, comfortable (less frozen, more comfort) and adjustable

I love this product so much I've ordered another one just to keep on hand. It stays cold for at least 20-30 minutes and the velcro stays in place so it's great for any size head. Whether you suffer from regular headaches, sinus problems or migraines, this is definitely the best product I've found so far and the price is definitely worth it. It's not expensive and it really works!

I get migraines and I had to throw away my old ice pack for face. I cannot tell you how happy I am I decided to try this product! It came with a nice note as well as a freezer bag to put it in so the pack won’t smell like it.It is comfortable and soothing and just what I needed !

This thing is lumpy from how it was folded in the box. I’ve frozen and unfrozen and then refrozen several times to be able to maneuver this to a less lumpy ice pack distribution but it’s still lumpy. The cooling is nice though besides the lump factor. The fabric is also kind of stiff. It is smooth and soft though. Kind of a scuba type fabric. Comes with a plastic bag for the freezer so it won’t smell like freezer burn which is considerate.

I bought this years ago I bought many others and hated them all. This one was the only one I liked. So I bought another. I suffer from tension headaches almost daily and this ice pack is the only thing that helps. With the velcro I can make it as tight as I want it.I have 2 and they are used all the time and still look brand new. Recently one went missing so I came here to buy another and I am very sad that I cannot buy one.

I really like that this product has a comfortable, pliable gel layer of cooling that wraps around the forehead, temples and base of head, where I get the most pain in my headaches. The even pressure is also soothing.I have a smaller head and this is a snug fit that I don't feel would provide enough coverage for larger-headed people. It would also be nice if there were an additional top panel of gel to cover the crown of the head as well. When stored in the fridge, this provides chilled reproof for roughly 20 min. When stored in the freezer, this can cause severe "ice-cream headache", but ends up lasting about 30-40min.I like it enough that I purchased a second, because I wanted to be able to rotate caps for cold relief in the fridge/freezer. Might be short-lived relief by design, to ensure additional purchases.I also caution storing this chilled with strong smelling foods. It soaks up onion smells in the fridge and freezer burn scent that can be off-putting during a severe headache.
