Fully bought this thinking it'd be crap and I'd be returning it, but I used this for the first time last night and it's great. It was a pretty half-arsed attempt on my part to be honest, just spent a few minutes roughly grabbing my hair around the rod. It was mostly dry after swimming, but I have very thick dry hair which retains moisture and takes ages to dry. It was fine to sleep in - I was expecting it to bother me, but I left the clip in to hold the rod in place and barely noticed it. The pic attached I took literally five minutes after getting out of bed and roughly running my fingers through my hair. At the end of the day it has dropped slightly, but still looks good - like I've had a nice blow dry. Brilliant for just over a fiver!

This is a nice way of having big curls without damaging hair with heat.The silk headband was incredibly soft and comfortable to wear to bed. It took me a few attempts to figure out how to wear it properly, but the butterfly clip helped keep it in place. After a couple of tries, I was able to twist my hair onto the headband with ease. Dampening my hair slightly helped it hold its shape overnight.The first time I tried this, I didn't wet my hair enough, so the curls didn't come out correctly. However, the second time I tried it, the curls came out beautifully. As the day went on, the curls became looser and bigger, giving my hair a nice wavy look. It was a healthy and hassle-free way of achieving temporary curls without using heat.This is a useful method to have all-day-lasting curls instead of just a couple of hours.

I could make nice curls with it easily putting it on overnight and it is heatless, which is always a positive.

I think this is designed for someone with thinner hair than mine or else I'm using it wrong!! My hair did remain nice and soft the following day but definitely not curly.

Was unsure whether to try as seemed too cheap to actually work and have also read a lot of different reviews online, but this was great! Used in dry hair over night and it managed to stay in all night, once I took it out in the morning I had lovely loose curls!

Quality is low. Does not work very well. I found this uncomfortable: it's meant to be used overnight but it made my sleep almost impossible, but I persevered thinking that the result would be worth it. It really wasn't.

I’ve been using a dressing gown belt to curl my hair for years so I thought I would invest in this and was fairly disappointed. I did the exact same method but the curls are just so much looser and flatter I’ll be sticking with my belt.

You need this in your life! Where has this been? Why didn't I get on the hype sooner? It literally takes less than 5 mins to put in, good nights sleep, seconds to remove and finger through curls and you're done! And the curls look incredible with loads of volume and last all day.I would recommend sleeping with the clip in though - I've trialled clip in and out and it def works better left in (can't feel it at night anyway). When i took the clip out and slept, the side that I sleep on came loose and didn't curl quite as effectively
