I purchased these for my little home gym setup. The handles for my dumbbells, e-z curl bar and lat pull-down bar are narrow and I wanted something to provide a more substantial grip, which these provide. I found I can use them on my rope attachment as well, which is helpful.

Good quality and they work
I bought the round grips to fit on my weight bars, resistance bands, and Bullworkers. They are solid and comfortable. These round @CorePodigy Fit-Grips allow me to grip the bar firmer, and to change the angle of my grips. This gives greater, plus different muscle activation. A very worthwhile addition to my fitness equipment.
