I've been using it for years. This is one health claim that works.

I used to buy the old version package of this, and the pills doesn’t have any problem, at least in the smell. However, I bought a new one with new package in July, and it tastes horrible. The capsule is smelly and makes me feel disgusting when put in my mouth. Also! The desiccant bag broke, and all the desiccant mixed with the those capsule. I didn’t notice that until about 2 weeks of taking.
