This is exactly what I was looking for, I made a spotting belt system for my daughter to practice skills on her gymnastics bar at home. These were easy to install and I'm very pleased. They hold her weight of 90 pounds easily and she can actually use this to swing on as well. Very happy!

These work perfect! They are very heavy duty and sturdy! Multiple uses for them and extremely easy to install! Highly recommended

Used to hang my hammock on the front porch. Easy to install into the wood beams, all I needed was a drill to drill pilot holes. The carabiners make it easy to bring the hammock inside when we are not using it, so we don't have to worry about someone stealing it off the porch.

I use these to hold my haynets in the hayboxes for the horses. I needed to try something different because the one horse is constantly pulling out the metal rack from the hayboxes. Even when I struggle to sometimes get them out. So I thought I'd try this.The eye screws were much bigger than anticipated, which was a very nice surprise!! However, the Carabiners were smaller than anticipated. Not quite the length it says. Wish they were 1/2" bigger. But it does do the job, is very strong and works great!!! Hooks on great and does not come off on its own! Now if I can only figure out how they manage to unclip the carabiner from the eye screw...

Very heavy duty! The eye hooks are very large, the carabiners are actually a little smaller than you might expect. I used one eye hook and one carabiner to hang a plant from the wall in our apartment (which may have been overkill). I'm happy with the product and think the eye hooks for sure would be sturdy enough to hang a hammock from. The carabiners may be "sturdy" enough for a hammock, but you may want larger carabiners for ease of use.

I used this set to hang a swing for my 1 year old daughter. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. All around I'm happy with how sturdy these seem. I put all of my almost 200 pounds on the swing to test, and it seemed like it would support more. Of course make sure you are mounting into something strong.

We hung a hammock up in the house for when my 12 year old stepson comes to spend the night. He loves it. It’s also easy to take down too.And I have used the hammock as a swing and these hooks are super sturdy.
