I bought the 8 pack, in the larger size. They are very attractive and informative, featuring an excellent selection of exercises, well depicted. Exactly as I would design them in fact. I hand them with wooden magnetic poster hangers, and they look great.The only gripes are:They are described as "laminated", which might give you the wrong idea. They are not sandwiched between two layers of plastic, as you would get if you put something through a laminator. They're actually just a heavyweight, stiff, high quality, semi-gloss, slightly plasticised paper. I think they'd probably wipe clean if spattered with something, but I wouldn't want to get them wet or store them badly. I could see them getting creased, torn or spoilt if not handled with some care.The other thing is, as you should expect, they arrive rolled up in a tube, and stiff as they are, it takes some effort to get them to be flat again. I put them on a clean, flat floor, with a yoga mat and board on top of them, and loaded it with 30 or so kg of weights for a day and a half, and that was just enough for them to hang flat.As long as you understand what you're getting, these are really nice and (for the 8-pack at least) great value.

I found these decent quality. I stuck them on the wall with blue tack which is holding them on perfectly. Great idea in a home gym as you can just have a look, chose which area of the body to work on and the exercises are right there.

Brilliant! Just lie them flat for a bit to unfurl. Good quality and the info on them is excellent. Buy blue-tac at the same time!
