Initially purchased one for myself. I makes the best brownies, and the difference from previously using a 13 x 9 pan is not even close. Each of these individual brownies made with this Chefmade brownie pan are perfect in texture and the perfect serving size. The pan is very good quality, non-stick is good, and cleans up easily. My sister-in-law wanted one and my daughter did as well. So I ordered 3 more - one for each of them as a Christmas gift and then another to keep for a future gift for someone if needed.Yes, this is a brownie pan but the difference in quality of the baked brownies is worth purchasing. I may try baking chocolate chip cookies to see how they turn out in this pan as well as small individual cakes. FYI - I learned that you do not adjust the baking time from what is suggested for a 13 x 9 pan. For me the easiest way to remove the brownies is with a plastic knife going around the sides. I also use a very small spatula. Again, clean up is easy and I hand wash the pan just to make sure that it will last for years. I highly recommend, and my purchasing 3 more after my initial purchase says it all.

This brownie pan is great! Non stick and cooks evenly. I made egg “biscuits” that stuck badly in my usual (favorite) aluminum cupcake tin but came out of this pan perfectly and easily. (I highly recommend the little 2” spatula). Same batch, same pan prep. I also made some muffins using regular round cupcake liners and they worked perfectly in the square cups. Each square holds about 1/3 cup, so a little more than a standard cupcake “cup” (about 1/4 cup in my Foley cupcake tin). Baking time was about the same as regular cupcakes.

This pan is great for people who love the chewy edges of brownies. I have also made cornbread in this pan. The size is great for cornbread, the brownies where a little big for 1 serving but I will just not fill them as much next time.This pan is truly non stick, very easy to get food out and easy to clean.The only thing is the small chambers are hard to fill without making a mess. That will take some practice. Great pan I highly recommend!

This is a great versatile pan! I use it for brownies and mini quiche bites. Easy to clean!
