confezione pratica, vista la dimensione ritengo sia consona per uso sportivo per bambini o per contusioni ridotte. Non raffredda eccessivamente, forse graditi un paio di gradi in meno che beneficerebbero nella durata dell' endotermia. Visto il rapporto qualità prezzo lo consiglio.

Single use
This is fine as a single use item to keep in a first aid kit. Personally I prefer the ones that go in the fridge - but that's because I work in a school. I think for most families this would be fine.

Great to use when heat is needed
These have worked a treat for my daughter who suffers with hyper mobility - the heat pack relaxes the muscle and joints and seems to provide equal heat for a reasonable amount of time and they are a great size suitable for use around her hips as well as her hands without a problem.
