So cute, but the light is very dim. Without other lights it is barely functional. I can kind of ignore the functionality though, when the shell itself is so beautifully crafted!

I already own this same kind of shell lamp in white and pink, and I was hoping that a different color would be offered, and now it has! At first I thought that the maybe the dark blue would be too dark---but that was not the case at all! The dark blue shell is very beautiful. The shell is nicely formed, and a good quality. It is substantial, a good weight, not flimsy. The dark blue color is very attractive, and the shell is covered with a heavy pearlescent finish that makes light and color flow across it. It's very pretty! The pearl light is a solid cream white ceramic and looks wonderful in the shell, with or without the light on. This would not really be good for an actual nightlight---it is more of a novelty ornament. The light is run by three tiny button batteries. The light starts off bright, but will grow dim after a few hours. The batteries are replaceable and are easy to replace. I am very happy with the one I got, and will be buying another. I also purchased a "light blue" shell. The color is not really a pale blue, more of a pale seafoam green, a light blue green. It is very attractive and has the same heavy pearlescent finish as the dark blue shell. Both of the shells are lovely and I was very satisfied with them both.

From the pictures shown on this site, this looks exactly like I expected. It is beautiful ceramic, and the pearl light is the perfect size. It gives off adequate light to walk around the room at night easily. I didn't leave the light on long, as it is a gift for my granddaughter. So I don't know how long it will last. The only downfall is no timer to preserve the battery. The batteries (LR44) aren't terribly expensive, so I will add a supply to the gift. Overall, I am very happy with it so far. It is really cute!

I like it. But it came to me broken..the pearl lights are bright...It ok for the price.

This is so pretty. I bought it to give as a Christmas gift and next week is Thanksgiving so it will be another month before I can give it as a gift but I know it will be a big hit.

Thought the others were just unlucky, but yes the product does in fact come broken. Don’t waste your time or your money, wish I hadn’t hoped for the best now I have to return it. Shame because it really does look so nice…

Bought this as a gift for our niece. The first one came broken but the second one came and was all intact. It is very pretty though when it isn’t broken. Gave three stars because of the noted concern from other buyers as well of it arriving broken.
